All I&#8217;m supposed to do is put it back together and make it drivable. Simple, right? I did a compression check and found 3 cylinders with very little compression. I pulled the head and found 3 exhaust valves stuck open and a blown head gasket. I&#8217;ve had the head rebuilt, rebuilt the carburetor, installed new points and plugs. Now the starter is no good&#8230; I found a replacement and it&#8217;s on the way. As soon as I&#8217;m confident that engine doesn&#8217;t have to come out, I&#8217;ll start putting everything together.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A little different kind of project for me.
